In a big win for Texas and for secure borders, the Fifth Circuit US Court of Appeals has reversed a lower federal court and allowed a new Texas law allowing illegal aliens entering the state to be arrested on state charges to go into effect. That law also allows the state of Texas to deport them.

There are also bills in Congress to give states authority to enforce federal laws against illegal immigration. The states need to get into the act because Biden has shown that federal law can be perverted by ideologues at the presidential level.
