Under the cover of Covid, and now in the shadow of the infamous Election Irregularities of that fated 2020 presidential election, with current emerging alleged election fraud in Nevada and Pennsylvania inconveniently slipping into the public discourse, there is proved a colluded ongoing Election Interference in the nomination of the Republican candidate, the likes of which has never occurred in our Constitutional Republic's history, albeit, the question remains: Do you support the plain-sight Election Interference of the Democratic Socialist party, employing its minions in their Propagandistic Media, and their Two Tiered Justice System?

    Mr. Jack Elmer Smith, Jr., age 72, a resident of Washington, NC died Tuesday March 19, 2024, at the home of his grandson, Stephen B. Cutler, in Washington.

    A graveside funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday March 22, 2024, at Soule Cemetery in Swan Quarter officiated by Pastor David Linton. Pallbearers will be Stephen Cutler, Austin Woolard, Brandon Battle, Thomas Church, Henry Austin, and Melton Everett.

    The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday March 22, 2024, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.

    Mr. Smith was born in Beaufort County, NC on September 20, 1951, son of the late Jack E. Smith, Sr. and the late Gerlaine Parnell Smith. He attended Chocowinity High School. He retired from the trucking industry with Waste Management of Washington. On October 26, 1989, he married the former Patricia Jean Austin who survives. He loved fishing, hunting, and watching western movies on the TV. As many know, Mr. Smith loved collecting anything of value to him.

    Surviving along with his wife Patricia of the home are his children: Jack E. Smith III of Farmville, VA, Jessica Smith of Farmville, VA, and Susan Polen of Grimesland; a sister: Theresa Greene of Houston, TX; sixteen grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. Mr. Smith was predeceased, along with his parents, by two sisters: Mable Marie Daniels and Cynthia Ann Carawan.
