Not too long ago, ECU med school was promoting this genital mutilation of children.

Giving gender confused children drugs that permanent screw up their bodies or cutting off their genitals is what I would call "treating them like crap." What needs to be done is to counsel them on growing out of their gender confusion so that they will be comfortable in their correct biological gender.
