The problem is that American courts are far more reluctant to get into correcting abuses in the election process than in some other countries, and the Democrats take advantage of that.

There are shanigans that go on in elections and when there are, those responsible need to be called on it and an attempt made to correct them. That seems a lot easiet to do in Europe, where courts will hear such issues much more readily than in the US.

Trump called out all the shananigans of the Marc Elias election rigging team BEFORE the election and after the election. Jimmy Carter's commission set out the things that made election integrity questionable and Marc Elias set out to do them in the 2020 election.
