War on Free Press: globalist German gov't suppresses large sovereigntist magazine | Eastern NC Now

masked officers raid Compactl managizne, shut it down

ENCNow

In a scene that reminds one of the communist East Germany of the early 1950s or of Nazi Germany after 1933, a large group of masked police raided the offices of the large sovereintist magazine "Compact" and shut it down.  This was done on the orders of the Social Democrat German Interior Mnister Nancy Fraeser. and she tipped off government supporting media so they could film it.  It was oddly appropriate that the officers enforcing this totalitarian decree wore ski masks, a mark of a criminal.  She also took to social media to crow about her action.

This comes days after a TV personality on Germany's government broadcast station spoke spprovingly of the assassination attampt on President Trump on-air and nothing was done about it.

Compact supports German sovereignty and opposes an "ever closer union" in the EU.  Politically they support the major opposition party, the populist right Alternativ fur Deutschland (AfD).  AfD leaders were quick to denounce this suppression of free speech and feedom of the press by the globalist parties running the German government.  This suppression of freedom of the press came on the heels of major gains by AfD in the recent European parliament election and major losses by all the parties in the globalist coalition government.

Leading German Constitutional lawyer and former cabinet minister in a CDU government Robert Scholtz said the raid and closure violated Article 5 of the German Constitution, known as the Basic Law. "Freedom of opinion enjoys such a high Constitutional status that it cannot be undermined by an executive decision", he ceclared.  Yet it has been and the key will be whether these totalitarian globalists get away with it.

Compact rose to prominence from its steadfast opposition to the Covid lockdowns.

Freedom of Speech and freedom of the press is under serious attack by the globalists throughout Europe, and this is just the latest example

Biden is on the same anti-free speech path here in the US. He has been called the most anti-free speech president since John Adama, who was known for his Alien and Sedition Act", by renowned George Washington Univerity Law Professor Jonathan Turley. The way to make a stand for free speech in November is to make sure we elect Donald Trump and a Republican Congress, both House and Senate.
