Arizona State Univ. study finds vast DEI bureaucracy is hurting US military | Eastern NC Now

Today's US armed forces are like the old Soviet Red Army in a sinister way.  They are (or were in the case of the Red Army) riddled with "political officers" who push an ideology.  This is something new and harmful that has come in with the Biden-Harris regime which has flooded our armed forces with DEI officers.

Now a new year long study by Arizona State University's Center for American Institutions has detailed the harm this politization of our military is doing, both in terms of cohesion and skills.  DEI creates harmful and unnecessary divisions in an institution whose success depends on operating as a team and also detracts from training time on skills actually necessary for their mission.

"The massive DEI bureaucracy, its training, and its pseudo-scientific assessments are, at best distrractions that absorb valuable time and resources, and at worst they communicate the opposite of the military ethos, e.g. that indvidiual demographic differences come before team and mission," the executive summary of the study states.. "The founders of our nation understood and feared a politicized military. History had shown them that a politiczed army easily became the tool of tyranny."
