Italy's highest court, the Constitutional Court, has ruled that there are only two genders, male and female.  The court ruled unanimously that it would not recognize a third "non-binary" gender in Italian law.

Basic biology has established for centuries that there are only two genders.  It is only the wacky gender ideology of the far left that forces courts to have to rule on the obvious.
