Green Party senate candidate stays on ballot in Montana

ENCNow

The "lawfare" by Democrats to use courts or control of elections boards to manipulate ballot access and change voting rules to make chearing easier shows their absolute distain for democracy.  Their latest failure came in the Montana Senate race, where Democrats were trying to remove the Green Party nominee in spite of the fact that he had legally qualified for the ballot.  The Montana Supreme Court has stood strong for democracy and shut down this attack on democracy by the self-styled "Democratic" Party.  The Green Party candidate stays on the ballot.

The gambit by the UNDemocratic Party was that if they took the Green Party candidate off the ballot, his voters would likely vote for embattled Democrat Jon Tester.

Meanwhile, in the key swilng state of Michigan, the Democrat controlled Senate passed four bills to rig their voting system, among other things taking control over the voting process away from local officials and the legislature and giving it to the executive branch and the courts.
