British newspaper says two words destroyed Kamala Harris campaign | Eastern North Carolina Now

liberal pundit Bill Maher says much the same thing

The UK's largest circulation daily newspaper, the Daily Mail of London has published an article contending that two words killed the Kamala Harris campaign.  They did so because they touched on an issue the majority of Americans find revolting.

The two words are "they/them" and the represent the woke gender ideology promoted by the Democrats, including at their national convention.  The article pointed to an ad that had particularly resonated with voters late in the campaign which had the punchline "Kamala Harris is for they/them, Donald Trump is for you".

Where gender ideology particularly sticks in people's craw is in the area of biological men in womens or girls sports, and biological men in womens or girls restrooms and locker rooms.  The Biden-Harris attempt to rewrite Title IX through rulemaking in the months before the election, and court injunctions that blocked it in many states raised the profile of this issue.  So did the summer Olympics allowing biological male boxers with testicles and XY chromosomes to batter women boxers and win medals.

Ironically, a Democrat congressman who has pointed out how gender ideology hurt the Democrats this election is being reviled within the party and even asked to resign from Congress.

American liberal pundit Bill Maher on his TV show "Real Time" told viewers "the election was very much about voters rejection of anti-common sense woke bullsh*t".   That tracks the position of the British article.
