UPDATE: We have Democrat controlled county elections boards still "counting votes" having missed statutory deadlines. We now have a lawsuit filed by the NC GOP and Judge Jefferson Griffin. On Henry Hinton's show this morning, he raised concerns about a state Board of Elections with a track record of partisan shananigans, as well as some county boards like Wake with a similar record.
There are more cases popping up across the state of people voting twice, and unlike Beaufort County, many of those have not been removed.

On election night, conservative Court of Appeals Judge Jefferson Griffin led radical leftist "social justice warrior" and Democrat appointee Allison Riggs for the NC Supreme Court seat up for election by nearly 10,000 votes. Riggs was co-director of the far left extremist "Southern Coalition for Social Justice" before getting a Democrat political appointment as a judge. Now, the official totals, which are not yet final have the two only a couple of dozen votes apart.
Given a history of very partisan and not very straightforward behavior by the Democrat controlled NC Board of Elections, there are major concerns that there is an effort underway to steal this seat for the radical Riggs. In New Hanover County, the county attorney advised their county Board of Elections to get their own attorney because they had clearly violated state election law. Most troubling is the arrogance of the Wake County Board of Elections in openly violating set deadlines to be late to report, and thus able to supply whatever extra votes the Democrats might need.

In Pennsylvania, the Democrats are blatantly trying to steal the Senate seat Republicans have just won. Democrat election officials, trying to change the outcome are brazenly and openly counting votes that even the Democrat controlled state Supreme Court has told them are illegal. The Republican National Committee has filed two lawsuits to stop this assault on democracy.

All of those people casting two votes all around the state shows we have a very sloppy voting system in North Carolina. The details in the second link in the update are appalling. It is pointed out that federal law makes this a felony punished by five years in prison. I wonder if these are being sent to the DA's for prosecution? The list in the link is not even complete because it does not show the one caught here in Beaufort County.

Wow! Now even Pennsylvania's Democrat governor Josh Shapiro has called on his own party to stop trying to steal Dave McCormick's US Senate seat in that state. Marc Elias must be butthurt. There seem to be at least a few honest Democrats out there. Cudos to Shapiro.

Who was leading those Democrat hijinks to try to steal that Senate seat in Pennsylvania? None other than the usual suspect, that crooked Democrat scumbag shyster Marc Elias. Who else? Usually any election matter that Elias touches turns to fraud. I would not be surprised to see him show up in North Carolina before our Supreme Court saga is over.
With all the lawfare used against Trump's attorneys, maybe there is some way that Elias can be jailed. That would be striking a huge blow in favor of free and fair elections. |

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has stopped the steal in that state, blocking Democrat scheming to reverse the US Senate election there. After Democrat election officials in several counties started counting invalid ballots in brazen disregard of previous court rulings, the Democrat majority Supreme Court put a stop to it when the Republican National Committee filed an emergency lawsuit. At least some Democrats still believe in democracy it seems.
One concern I have heard in multiple counties in North Carolina is that county elections boards counted provisional ballots prior to the canvas rather than at the canvas as has normally been done, often leaving GOP party observers flatfooted to be present because of poor notice of the unexpected meetings. The concern is that in some of the more partisan counties, thumbs may have been put on the scales for Democrat provisionals and against Republican provisionals. The lack of transparency in these early meetings on provisinal ballots has raised questions in some counties. In one county, a Republican activist who was working on their election integrity team went to the Board of Elections for another purpose and to their shock and dismay found them counting provisional ballots when no notice of that meeting had been given. |

Holding back counties they control to put in however many votes they need in an old Democrat trick. It is how LBJ won his first US Senate primary, and the poll books in the county that was held out showed that the last several hundred voters voted in exact alphabetical order.
What is going on in Pennsylvania and North Carolina are a black mark on our democracy. In both cases, the presidential race was beyond reach, so they went for the closest major races. This just doesn’t make any sense and is such a reach. If the Dems were trying to steal any race.. it would’ve been for Harris. Not a single seat on the Supreme Court that already has a heavy republican majority. I have worked for the board of elections, and the counties that are still counting provisional ballots are largely blue and have larger populations which is why it’s taking longer. This is just biased nonsense from someone who clearly can’t accept that NC voters mostly vote mixed ballots. This race will go to a recount, as it should. Don’t spread misinformation just because you’re mad about the results.
