Rumble sues to block California Democrat online political censorship law | Eastern NC Now

there the Democrats go again, attacking free speech

ENCNow

The Democrats' War on Free Speech is being fought at the state as well as federal level.  California Democrats have gotten into the act by passing a law to require social media platforms to censor political speech to what the government dictates.

One social media company is fighting back, standing up for free speech against these California Democrat authoritatians.  Rumble, the free speech video sharing site has filed suit against California in federal court to block this anti-free speech law that tramples on our First Amendment.

If Califoria is allowed to block free speech on internet sites, it likely blocks free speech for the entire country.  Is Governor Newsome trying to get the Lenin Peace Prize?  If so, he missed the boat.  The Soviet Union is gone.

On November 27, 2024, Rumble (NASDAQ):RUM) sued the California Attorney General and Secretary of State over a recently passed law that unconstitutionally punishes certain political speech. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, Sacramento Division. Case 2:24-at-01514.

It's on record. The denial is more misinformation from the Big Boob Tube channel contributor.
