Court blocks Biden regime selling border wall materials after Texas intervenes

The Biden's regime's scheme to sell off unused border wall materials to hinter President Trump's resumption of border wall construction has been blocked by a court order after Texas intervened. The materials had been delivered during the last Trump administration, but not used after Biden stopped construction of the border wall.

When word got out that the Biden regime was disposing of the materials in order to hinter Trump, Texas got involved. First the Lieutenant Governor announced that Texas would buy the materials at auction and give them back to the Trump administration. On a separate track for the same purpose, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the Biden regime to stop the sales. Paxton has now obtained a court order that stops the Biden effort dead in its tracks. The conservative Attorney General said he will seek punishment for contempt of court if Biden officials attempt to get around the court order. Biden officials could be fined or jailed if they violate the court order.

Hooray for Texas, and Hooray for Ken Paxton. No wonder the left hates him so much.

The Biden regime has consistently worked to thwart America's immigration laws to flood our country with unvetted illegal aliens, including many criminals. Biden's DHS Secretary Mayorkas recently admitted that they could have stopped the flood of illegals if they had wanted to, but did not. Now they are trying to sabotage President Trump's effort to return legality to immigration.

Yet Musk just wrote an op-ed in a major German newspaper endorsing the Alterntiv fur Deutcshland in the upcoming German snap election for parliament. One of that party's central policy positions is kicking out the illegal aliens. The globalist parties are screaming "election interference".

It looks like Musk just took the H-1B thing too personally since it has since come out that he himself first came to America on an H-1B visa.

We have immigration laws that are supposed to be followed. The Democrats are scoflaws for allowing unvetted migrants to thumb their noses at our immigration laws. Trying to sell off the wall materials is just one example of many of Democrats trying to undermine our immigration laws. There need to be prosecutions for that.

The H1B visas are a part of our immigration laws, and as long as they are properly utilized, they are a proper part of our legal immigration system. The problem is that they have been abused, especially under the Democrats. Some companies like Disney, brought in a bunch of H1B visa holders, had their American employees train them, and then fired their American employees. Things like that should not be allowed. Elon Musk has clarified his position in saying that he believes the system should work where it costs American companies more to bring in H1B workers than to hire Americans. That would satisfy the concerns about these visas being abused.

Similarly, something like the old Bracero program that was ended by the Democrats, could give a source of vetted temporary foreign workers for farmers. We had a record of who they were and where they were and they went back home when their jobs were over.

Our legal immigration system is not based on race, and that is what should be the system under which appropriate foreigners are allowed visas to live and work here and someday become citizens themselves.

Ken Paxton has been a stalwart in using the powers of his office to fight the Biden-Harris open borders policies. We need more attorney generals like him.

What I would like to see is a special grand jury seated in rural Texas to investigate criminally all of those who in the last four years have worked to undermine our duly enacted immigration laws, starting with Mayorkas but including leftwing pro-amnesty groups as well as Biden officials. They should be indicted and tried in rural Texas.
