NC Supreme Court blocks certification of result in challenged court race | Eastern NC Now

In a race with a margin of less than a thousand votes and 60,000 potentially illegal votes under challenge in the race between radical leftist "social justice warrior" Democrat Allison Riggs and conservative Republican Jefferson Griffin, the NC Supreme Court has voted 5 to 1 to prohibit the State Board of Elections from certifying the result until the election issues can be investigated.

The State Board of Elections refused to hear challenges on a 3 to 2 partisan vote, claiming that the merhod of notification to the challenged voters was not sufficient. That caught many by surprise because the method of noitification used was the same as often used by the Elections Board itself for notification of voters.  How can they say with a straight face that the method is okay for them to use themselves but not for others?

THere is also a very serious conflict of interest of one of the Democrat members of the State Board of Elections since her husband is an attorney for Riggs campaign in this election challenge.  Yet she defies ethics standards by refusing to recuse herself and continues to participate in hearings on the matter.
