People understand that racial preferences are racism and they don't approve of it.

Race hustlers like Bigot Bob, on the other hand, applaud racism if it is done their way.

It makes sense to 2/3rds of the American people so, OF COURSE, it does not make sense to Bigot Bob and other race hustlers.

Huge amounts of money has been saved in many government departments by eliminating Biden's DEI empire. Congress never approved a DEI program or made appropriations for them, but Biden put it in place anyway. He even did that in foreign aid through USAID. Now Trump is taking it out. It is clearly something that only a radical minority want. THis poll shows that the American people don't want it and shouldn't have to pay for it..

Big Bob; Two things here that are true: You are a undeniably a Leftist; You do not know Dave Hudson at all, so why would you write: "only because you let the far right define it for you. BTW if you think Prez Musk will let the Americans with Disabilities Act get in his way, I've got a bridge to sell you."

I actually know Dave Hudson, and what I well know regarding Dave Hudson is that he is whip-smart, and he almost never comments on any issue that he does not already know extremely well.

Maybe you should consider such similar behavior as you collect your "factual data" regarding matters important, and disseminated by you, to the Non Patriot Left.

This makes sense. The United States has plenty of laws in place to prevent discrimination in hiring practices and to protect the rights of workers without a need for DEI. The Equal Pay Act (EPA), Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Executive Order 11246 governing Affirmative Action Programs for federal contractors until it was recently rescinded. These programs exist to protect employee rights and rely on merit and selecting the most qualified candidates for a position as opposed to other factors such as race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. DEI changed that trajectory focusing more on an individual's identifying characteristics as opposed to merit in decision making.
