The state of Florida is enforcing its new state law where they can arrest foreign citizens illegally in the state for trespassing into Florida.   A 38 year old illegal alien who had entered the US from Mexico after being previously deported by federal authorities is the first person charged under this new statute.  The will face two state felony charged, enhanced by the fact that he had previously been deported.

Texas has adopted a similar law to create state criminal trespassing charges for foreign citizens illegally in the state.

NC needs a law like Texas and Florida to charge illegal aliens with trespassing simply for being in our state when they are in the country illegally.
