Wyoming passes law to require proof of citizenship to register to vote | Eastern NC Now

Wyoming has passed a law to require proof of residency and proof of US citizenship to register to vote for state, federal, and local elections.  Amazingly, it is the first state to pass such a common sense law.  North Carolina needs to follow.
