anti-Trump NY Atty Gen. Letitia James accused of mortgage fraud | Eastern NC Now

Letitia James, the New York state attorney general who campaigned on a pledge to use the office to "get" President Trump and then misused her office in doing just that with a trumped up civil case in front of a partisan hack judge, has had the tables turned on her.  The Federal Housing Fiannce Agency has made a criminal referral against James to the US Department of Justice for mortgage fraud.

The complaint against James centers on a small apartment building she owns in Brooklyn with 5 units.  The property has always been rented as five units and has always been shown on city records as a five unit building.  However, on several mortgage applications, James lied and listed it as a four unit building in order to get more favorable loan terms than she would have gotten with a 5 unit building.  She saved tens of thousands of dollars for herself by lying on those loan applications.

It seems that Letitia James never heard the old saying that those who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

Another oddity with James' properties is that she has a house she owns in Virginia that she has listed as her "primary residence".  How then is she registered to vote in New York and holding public office there?

It will be nice to see this witch modelling an orange jump suit.
