ends Obama pandering to mentally challenged
The US Supreme Court has slapped down an Obama judge on another one. This time it was on the Trump DOD ending a Biden social experiment of allowing persons suffering the mental health problem of gender dysphoria to serve in the active military. Those sufferers style themselves as "transgender". An Obama judge had blocked the Trump administration from changing the Biden policy until the case was heard. The Supreme Court removed that block and allowed the Trump administration to make its changes and remove these so-called "transgenders" from active service.
The three liberal Democrat appointees, as expected, dissented from the Supreme Court ruling.
