Martha “Pauline” Lewis Crisp | Eastern NC Now

    Martha "Pauline" Lewis Crisp, age 90, a resident of Chocowinity, died Sunday May 11, 2025, at ECU Health Medical Center.

    A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in the Haw Branch Church of Christ Cemetery.

    The family will receive friends Friday evening, May 30, 2025, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.

    Pauline was born on July 14, 1934, in Beaufort County, to the late Otis Brian Lewis and Martha Harriet Gurkin Lewis. She graduated from Chocowinity High School in 1952. In September of 1973, she married Claude Henry "CH" Crisp who preceded her in death in April of 1994. She was https://cenlib.tu.edu.iq/ a homemaker and a member of Haw Branch Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by a stepmother, Clarcie Whitehurst Lewis.

    Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Crisp Williams (Kenny) of Greenville and Ginger K. Crisp of Washington, sister, Carol Lewis Warren of Chocowinity, Brother-in-Law, Willie Crisp (Sheila) of Chocowinity, six nieces and nephews.
