Dem congresswoman indicted by grand jury for forcibly interfering with federal officers | Eastern NC Now
facing 17 years in prison
Democrat Congresswoman LaMonica McIver has been indicted by a federal grand jury for her actions in pushing federal law enforcement officers outside an illegal alien detainment facility in New Jersey. McIver is charged in a three count indictment with forcibly impeding and interfering with federal law enforcement officers.. She faces a possible seventeen years in federal prison on the charges.
The incident occurred as a group of Democrat politicians tried to force their way into the confinement facility. Bodycam footage shows a totally out of control McIver pushing and shoving and verbally abusing the officers.
