How the Democrats judge shop for partisan federal district judges in anti-Trump cases | Eastern NC Now

Most of the significant "lawfare" cases that the Democrats have brought against the Trump administration have been brought in front of partisan Democrat federal district judges.  Most of those partisan judges, mostly Obama judges and Biden autopen judges, have issued partisan rulings, but many have already been overturned by appellate courts.

Democrats have a partisan advantage among federal district judges. Depending on whether you are looking judge at active judges or also including semi-retired judges who still hear cases, either 66% or 60% of federal district judges are Democrat appointees.  That stacks the deck from the beginning.

But it gets worse.  In some districts like the District of Court where rabid Democrat partisan James Boasberg is chief judge, questions have been raised over the odd coincidence that the most partisan of all the local judges, including Boasberg himself, seem to get assigned the anti-Trump cases.

The Democrat operatives filing these cases choose districts with a heavily skewed judicial bench very heavy with Democrat judges.  Some of their favorite districts for filing these cases have as many as 100% of the judges in the district being Democrat appointees.  Those are the districts where they bring these cases.  They also look for districts that are in a liberal leaning Court of Appeals circuit.

Disgustingly, John Roberts has emerged as the face of the Democrats' judicial coup because he cowardly refuses to put a stop to it.   As he twiddles his thumbs, the credibility and reputation of the entire federal court system is in the toilet and the bowl is swirling.
