The Judicial Coup gets worse - now a crooked Biden judge defies the Supreme Court | Eastern NC Now

The real threat to our democracy comes from an ongoing judicial coup d'etat by partisan Democrat judges appointed by Obama and by Biden's autopen, who are grossly abusing power.  These unelected, unaccountable political appointees are trying to put themselves above all other branches of government.  For years, they have usurped legislative power by legislating from the bench.  In the last six months, they have been usurping executive power as well.  This judicial power grab simply must be brought to a screeching halt.

The problem is at the lowest level of the courts, the federal district courts.  They have been regularly struck down by Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court, but their coup has been delaying the president, and that has seemed to be their purpose.

Now an out of control Biden autopen federal district judge has crossed another line and is defying even the top of  the judicial good chain, the US Supreme Court.  Radical Biden autopen federal district judge Brian Murphy has been abusing power by blocking deportations of illegal aliens to third counties.  The US Supreme Court just shot him down on that and reversed his partisan political order,  but now Murphy has declared that the Supreme Court's action has no effect on his order and it is still in place.

The Supreme Court needs to put a stop to this political gamesmanship by radical partisan district court judges by coming down very, very hard on them.  If not, Congress or the president needs to get engaged and shut them down.  Maybe this brazen defiance of the Supreme Court by this radical district court judge will finally be enough for the Supreme Court to take the action it needs to in order to restore proper order in our Constitutional republic.

The US Solicitor General called Biden Judge Murphy's latest order "a lawless act of defiance".  The DOJ is asking the Supreme Court to take action on the situation.
