Judicial coup continues - crooked Obama judge tries to give asylum rights to all illegals | Eastern NC Now

The far left years ago concocted the Cloward-Piven strategy of trying to overwhelm the system to bring it to its knees.  With the help of far left radical Obama and Biden judges, that is what they are trying to do to our immigration system.

A politically corrupt radical Obama judge in DC has fired the latest shot in the Judicial Coup d'etat by the Judicial Wing of the Democrat Party.  Far left Obama judge Randolph Moss of the DC federal district court, who worked as a political appointee of Obama in the executive branch before being appointed a judge, has entered an order saying all illegal aliens everywhere in the country, no matter how they entered are entitled to bring a proceeding to claim asylum and cannot be deported while that is going on.  Exploiting the class action loophole in the recent Supreme Court order, he ordered that all prospective illegal aliens from anywhere it the world were a protected class that his order protects.

The intent is to drag the process out for years on all of the illegals, requiring that they either be allowed to stay or to be held in custody, which is expensive, until their cases could be heard.  While only 13 plaintiffs were involved in the case, his abuse of class action procedures tries to apply his standard to all present and future illegal aliens.

Asylum claims have become a joke.  Everyone knows that most of them are bogus. The majority of illegal aliens who file asylum claims never bother to show up for court because they know their claims are false.  Of those that do, the overwhelming majority are found by the immigration courts not to be entitled to asylum.  Fake asylum claims are just a way to try to get a foot in the door to enter the country.

This crooked Obama judge is using those fake claims to try to overwhelm the immigration system.

A recent article at The Federalist argues that President Trump has shown extreme restraint in his response to the power grabs and abuse of power by what it calls an Imperial Judiciary.  The Founding Fathers openly stated they intended the Judicial Branch to be the weakest branch of government because it is not accountable to the citizens like the other two branches, but radical Obama and Biden (or autopen) judges want to turn our Constitution on its head.
