Trump's ability to reduce personnel in federal agencies restored

The Judicial Coup is in retreat before the US Supreme Court which has now slapped down another arrogant out of control Democrat district judge who tried to overrule the executive branch.  The Supreme Court ruled 8 to 1, with only radical Biden autopen Justice Jackson dissenting to restore presidential powers.

At issue was the President's authority to reduce personnel in federal agencies through Reduction in Force (RIF) procedures.  RIF procedures had been used by presidents for decades until a Democrat district court judge decided she wanted to block Trump's use of it.  That judge's partisan abuse of power has now been blocked by the SCOTUS.
