Biden DOJ actively sought "hook" to prosecute parents concerned on school issues | Eastern NC Now

asked to do so by Biden White House

ENCNow

When parents started complaining to school boards about Covid mandates, "transgender" propaganda, and Critical Race Theory, the Biden Department of Justice responded by seeking a federal "hook" to prosecute them in federal court as "domestic terrorists".  They began by colluding with the National School Boards Association to produce a letter calling for a crackdown on parents.  Recently released documents have revealed this totalitarian scheme by the Biden DOJ under Merrick Garland and they show that the Biden White House was actively involved.

When career DOJ staff pointed out that there was no authority or legal basis for going after parents speaking out at school board meetings, Biden political appointees urged them to find one.  "We're aware here; the challenge is finding a federal hook.  But WH [White House] has been in touch about whether we can assist in some form or fashion," wrote Associate Deputy Attorney General Kevin Chambers, a Biden political appointee.

Washingtonian: I have been relatively quiet; but that ends.

I have much more proof now of my lessers' mendacity, and I will act smart and bold going forward.

Stan, tell us about it. Targeting shouldnt be kept quiet. Many of us have probably experienced some of the same things.
I have heard that the School system took a contract away. I think you said that NOW sometimes gets hacked. That's a crime, you should always report those things. Inquiring minds want to know. I feel starved for information about things that go on locally here in the shadows. Actually I feel starved for local news, in general. WITN reports more national news than local news... except for the weather. They talk about NC weather 3 times in a 30 min. show.

Washingtonian, in case you did not know, I am already a target, and have been for decades. At some point, one gets far smarter or truly pissed, and I am currently both.

I have nothing further to lose; and all I have to do is yank on certain threads; know what is real to tell the real truth, and let the chips fall where they may.

We are finally at a point, where: smart people, honest people, and patriotic people finally know they need and deserve honest government before it is too late.

Woe be it to corrupt politicians in Beaufort County, and every where else they can be found.

Stan, I'd say the Democrat Party does not feel obligated to the "Rule of Law."
I'd say we have the Deep State operating right here in the City of Washington Govt and the County Govt.
Be careful, because anyone who challenges the local Deep State will become a target too.

The majority of the Democratic Socialist party are Democratic Socialists. Democratic Socialists do not, in truth, feel obligated to the "Rule of Law."

Once again, it was the authoritarian Biden regime trying to goose step all over the democratic Constitutional rights of Americans, in this case, parents.
