The Judicial Insurrection is being played again. Twenty Democrat state attorneys general are suing the Trump administration to try to get an arrogant power grabbing Obama or Biden federal district judge to order welfare programs reopened to illegal aliens. These crooked Democrats want to see our tax money going to people who should not even be in our country.

Under federal law, illegal aliens are not supposed to be getting welfare in the first place, although the Biden regime actively diverted money meant for Aermicans to the illegals. The Trump administration has put a stop to that, but these despicable Democrat shysters are trying to do an end run around him.

These Democrat state AG's are out of touch with American voters. A just released poll by Rasmussen found that 72% of voters believe it is important to keep illegal aliens off of welfare programs.

The welfare costs for illegal aliens are enormous in all western countries. Illegal aliens should NOT be allowed to freeload off of taxpayers. European countries are being financially strangled with the burden of welfare costs for illegal aliens. In Germany, for example 63% of all welfare expenditures are to illegal alien "asylum seekers" and the amoung paid in those welfare checks is more than paid to German citizen senior citizens in their pensions. That is just appalling.
