AG Pam Bondi sends Russiagate evidence to Grand Jury | Eastern NC Now

The US Department of Justice is not wasting any time on dealing with the Russiagate scandal. Attorney General Pam Bondi has ordered that the evidence released by the FBI and CIA be submitted to a Grand Jury. The Grand Jury will examine the evidence and decide on indictments of those involved.
It was not stated where the Grand Jury is located but speculation is that it is in Florida. That is a smart move because the jury pools and available judges in DC are heavily stacked with partisan Democrats who would likely play politics with this.

Where this grand jury is impaneled will be the key. The jury pool in Washington, DC is extremely tilted to the Democrats and the left, which would make a fair prosecution of a major Democrat or even an indictment virtually impossible. But as a grand conspiracy, some of the acts happened other places, and if a proper venue could be found outside Washington, DC, justice might be served in these cases. Venue in criminal cases arises where the events happened.
