Federal Reserve Board of Governors member Lisa Cook, appointed by Biden's autopen, has been fired from that position by President Trump because she has had one criminal referral for mortgage fraud against her, and now has a second from a different transaction.  Her only denial of the first fraud was a far fetched claim that it was a "clerical error".  In spite of not really denying the mortgage fraud, she filed a lawsuit to try to keep her position.  With her experience as an investment banker, the "clerical error" excuse does not pass the smell test to begin with but two "clerical errors" on two different mortgages is downright laughable.

But guess what? Funny thing, her case gets assigned to a radical Democrat judge also appointed by Biden's autopen.  But this Biden autopen judge has an even bigger conflict of interest.  Cook the crook and the judge are sorority sisters. Wow, how cozy!  But does this crooked Biden autopen judge do the ethical and honest thing and recuse herself?   NOOOO.  That would be too much to expect from these unelected unaccountable political appointees sitting as partisan Democrat judges and polluting the integrity of our federal courts.

Lisa Cook has been an investment banker.  She knows the system and any argument that this was just an honest mistake on her part is just ludicrous.  So is any argument that the crooked Biden judge handling this case has an ethical bone in her body.

Corrupt judges like this OUGHT to have ethics complaints filed against them with federal authorities or with their state bar association that controls their law license.  That is happening to such judges in other countries.

An ethics complaint was filed within days of Lord Justice Bean, a Court of Appeals judge in the UK making a highly political ruling in which he had a blatant conflict of interest.  The ethics complaint was filed with a judicial oversight body by a senior barrister (trial lawyer).

Bean was an appellate judge who ruled for the government, run by his own Labour Party, in a high profile case on migrant hotels.  The British High Court had ruled at the trial level that local governments could shut them down.  On appeal taken by the Labour government, Bean reversed that ruling.  The ethics complaint pointed out not only Bean's heavy involvement in the Labour Party but that he had served as chairman of the Fabian Society, a socialist organization that strongly supports migrants being able to stay in the UK, and was a founding member of the Matrix Chambers, an organization that is also highly supportive of migrants staying in the UK.

Similar complaints ought to be regularly filed against Biden autopen and Obama judges who make politically motivated rulings in American courts.  Throw the bums OUT.
