Young Brazilian woman is first refugee from "transgender" tyranny | Eastern NC Now

faced 25 years in prison for "misgendering" a leftie tranny politician

ENCNow

A case from Brazil illustrates the important free speech work that Charlie Kirk was doing, and why it needs to continue.  A 29 year old Brazilian woman has become the world's first refugee from gender ideology oppression.  At home she faces five charges for "misgendering" a transgender politician, a man pretending to be a woman, for one online post referring to him as a man.  Those five charges out of one internet post could put her in prison for 25 years.

While a call from a reporter soon after her post alerted her to possible criminal charges, two years went by and nothing happened.  Then when she tried to check in at the airport for a trip to Europe, her passport was flagged and she was taken into a room with 8 policemen.  Fortunately when the policemen looked up the charges they were dumbfounded, saying "this is nonsense" and "they can't do that."  The lead policeman walked her to her plane just before takeoff and advised her not to return to Brazil unless she got those charges dropped.

Intervention by Brazil's leading women's organizations accomplished nothing.  Isabella Cepa has now been granted refugee status in an unnamed eastern European country due to this political oppression in Brazil.

That whack-a-doodle Brazil Supreme Court has it ass backwards. When you call a biological man a "woman", THAT is misgendering. When you call a biological man what he factually IS, namely a man, that is just stating the factual truth. Truth telling is apparently being made into a crime in Brazil. What total morons.

American leftwing judges have been usurping legislative power for years by legislating from the bench, but now they are also trying to seize executive power as well from Trump. This should not be tolerated. These out of control judges need to be put in their place. It looks like it is even worse in Brazil.

CV: The spectre of Judicial power grabs is also the intent of the Non Patriot Left here in our Representative Republic.

The Patriot Class must control congress and the executive, or it could happen here as well.

Brazil is a judicial dictatorship. The strongman is a far left Supreme Court justice, and the country's leftwing president, Lula, little more than a figurehead. It is little wonder that this corrupt Supreme Court usurped the power of Brazil's parliament to attempt to rewrite the law to prosecute this young woman for "misgendering" which as she points out is NOT a crime under their penal code passed by parliament.

Judicial power grabs are a huge threat to democracy worldwide and need to be stopped. One would hope that either the Brazilian parliament or the army would take action to remove this dictatorial "justice" from power and reconstitute the country's court system. This Supreme Court justice was also a major figure in rigging the last presidential election for his puppet Lula, whom he had earlier let out of prison for his earlier corruption conviction. And they just imprisoned the country's last legitimately elected president, Bolsonaro.

This young woman from Brazil is EXACTLY the sort of South American we should welcome as a refugee seeking asylum. She is a victim of far left political oppression that puts her personal liberty in danger. We should NEVER be granting asylum to the hordes of economic migrants who falsely try to claim asylum. Those economic migrants are abusing the asylum system and making a mockery of it.
