Judicial coup fail - Appeals Court nixs Dist Ct order on Planned Parenthood funds | Eastern NC Now

In what has become a common occurrence, the adults in the room at the US Court of Appeals have shot down an attempted power grab by a crooked Obama district court judge.   Obama Judge Talwani had ordered the Trump administration to disregard a law passed by Congress and signed into law that banned federal funding of Planned Parenthood.  Talwani ordered the administration to keep funding Planned Parenthood in spite of that law.

The left thought they had it made when the draw of judges at the First Circuit Court of Appeals gave them three Biden judges.  However, Talwani's power grab was too much for even  Biden judges.  They unanimously reversed her order, leaving Planned Parenthood twisting in the wind.

On the same day another panel of three judges of the same federal Circuit Court of Appeals reversed another Talwani power grab, also by unanimous ruling.  In that case, Talwani had blocked the Trump administration from ending a Biden parole program for 500,000 migrants from Haiti, Venezuela, and Cuba.  The appeals court, also composed of all Democrats, reversed Talwani and allowed the revocation of that parole to proceed so that those migrants could be sent home.
