Judicial coup fail - Appeals Court nixs Dist Ct order on Planned Parenthood funds

In what has become a common occurrence, the adults in the room at the US Court of Appeals have shot down an attempted power grab by a crooked Obama district court judge. Obama Judge Talwani had ordered the Trump administration to disregard a law passed by Congress and signed into law that banned federal funding of Planned Parenthood. Talwani ordered the administration to keep funding Planned Parenthood in spite of that law.

The left thought they had it made when the draw of judges at the First Circuit Court of Appeals gave them three Biden judges. However, Talwani's power grab was too much for even Biden judges. They unanimously reversed her order, leaving Planned Parenthood twisting in the wind.

On the same day another panel of three judges of the same federal Circuit Court of Appeals reversed another Talwani power grab, also by unanimous ruling. In that case, Talwani had blocked the Trump administration from ending a Biden parole program for 500,000 migrants from Haiti, Venezuela, and Cuba. The appeals court, also composed of all Democrats, reversed Talwani and allowed the revocation of that parole to proceed so that those migrants could be sent home.

RINO Hunter: I thought the exact same thing, and now we are back to congress, just how important these midterm elections will be to keep the Non Patriot Class out of the decision making process.

Stan, impeachment of a judge takes a 2/3rds vote in the Senate for conviction and removal. With the ultra-partisan Democrat block in the Senate, that impossible as a practical matter. Disbarment by their home state Bar would probably do the trick, and conflict of interest may be the issue to use, but finding a state Bar willing to do that is going to be a problem, and likely impossible in liberal states.

Three Biden and Obama judges unanimously upholding Trump's revocation of advance parole status of half a million migrants mostly from Haiti and Venezuela is the most important of these two Court of Appeals cases. That will mean they are required to leave immediately. Both nationalities are prone to crime, here and elsewhere. In one of the island countries closest to Haiti, the Turks and Cacos Islands, crime by Haitian migrants has gotten so bad that countries have started issuing travel advisories to their citizens not to travel there. Of course, Venezuela is home to the notorious crime gang Tren de Araguq.

There is a way: Impeachment as prescribed by the Constitution.

To that effect, the Patriot Class needs a greater assemblage in congress.

The game plan of both the legislative wing of the Democrat Party and the judicial wing of that party is delay, and these rogue partisan Obama and Biden district judges are accomplishing that. There needs to be a way to remove these political operatives hiding behind judicial robes from office or at least meaningfully punish them for what they are doing.
