Bill to punish lenient judges introduced in Congress to stop criminal release | Eastern NC Now

would allow civil lawsuit against judge if released criminal causes harm

ENCNow

The JAIL Act to punish judges who release career criminals from jail has been introduced in Congress, and would apply to local as well as federal judges.  The bill would allow civil lawsuits personally against judges who release career criminals back onto the streets when those criminals cause further harm to citizens.  The recent murder of a young Ukrainian woman by a career criminal released by a local judge is the impetus for this legislation.

It is way past time to start punishing rogue judges. There are too many Soros judges in addition to Soros prosecutors. Here in North Carolina we have two Soros justices on our Supreme Court, one of whom, Anita "ANTIFA" Earls is up for election next year. The easier thing to do is vote these partisan leftwing hacks out of office.
