in jail with no bond
A Democrat North Carolina state representative has been arrested for child sexual offenses and has been jailed with no bond. State Representative Cecil Brockman (D-Guilford) has been arrested for two counts statutory rape and two counts of indecent liberties of a 13-15 year old child. Brockman is an admitted bi-sexual, and the media have not reported if the victim is male or female.
