The Wall Street Journal has published an editorial blasting the globalist mafia of the United Nations for trying to impose a global carbon tax through one of its agencies, a tax that would raise prices for everyone and pump billions into the UN budget.  The tax would be on ships carrying goods and raise costs by about 10%.  The tax would be imposed through the International Maritime Agency, a UN agency.  It would be the first time the UN tried to directly impose a tax, and that body is meeting this week in London.
