Obama and Biden judges uphold California Congress gerrymander map in 2 to 1 ruling | Eastern NC Now
case likely to go to SCOTUS on appeal
In a highly partisan ruling by two highly partisan Democrat hack judges, one appointed by Obama and the other by Biden's autopen, a three judge panel in a 2 to 1 decision approved the Congressional partisan gerrymander maps orchestrated by far left Governor Newsome. The maps chop up 5 Republican held seats in a delegation that is already heavily rigged to favor Democrats. Experts testified to the illegal racial gerrymandering used to create the map.
The decision is likely to be appealed directly to the US Supreme Court.
