Greg Murphy takes a walk on amendment to defund activist judges incl. Boasberg | Eastern NC Now

NC RINO Chuck Edwards votes with Democrats against amendment

ENCNow

Extreme partisan rogue federal district court judges have been wildly abusing their power for partisan political purpose against the Trump administration.  These have almost all been Obama and Biden (autopen) appointees.  One of the very worst and most despicable of these scoundrels has been James Boasberg of the DC District Court, but there is a particular concentration of these rogue judges in that court.

Texas Congressman Chip Roy put forward an amendment to send a shot across the bow of this out of control unethical rogue district court.  He introduced an amendment to an appropriations bill on the House floor to cut the funding for the DC District Courts presided over by Boasberg by 20%.

Unfortunately, the result was too many spineless "Republicans" either voting with the Democrats against the Roy amendment or chickening out from even showing up to vote. Among the 46 GOP congressmen who voted with the Democrats was North Carolina RINO Check Edwards of the 11th District.  One of the 16 who chickened out, and "took a walk" refusing to even vote at all was local RINO Congressman Greg Murphy.

These radical judges are a disgrace, as are the useless and spineless congressmen like Greg Murphy who refuse to do anything about them. It is a blessing that we have been redistricted out of his district.
