Appeals Courts reinstate Trump executive order against DEI, allow detention of illegal aliens | Eastern NC Now

even Obama judges agree

In the latest example of federal appellate courts showing they are the adults in the room, the Fourth Circuit US Court of Appeals has unanimously reinstated a Trump executive order against DEI that had been struck down by a rogue politicized federal district judge appointed by Biden's autopen.  This happened in spite of the 4th Circuit being one of the more liberal circuits and two of the three appellate judges involved being appointees of Obama.

In another key Court of Appeals decision in the Fifth Circuit, the Court of Appeals approved the Trump administration detained illegal aliens for deportation without all the footdragging demanded by the ACLU and other leftwingers..  That was a two to one decision, with two judges recognizing that the statutes passed by Congress allowed the Trump administration to do what they are doing.  However a Biden judge appointed by Biden's autopen, dissented, saying it was unfair to do so since other presidents had not used that law.

This will stop rogue politically motivated liberal district court judges in the states of the 5th circuit, which include Texas, from releasing illegal aliens.  Texas is where ICE is holding the illegals in preparation for deportation.

It was a clear beautiful, royal blue sky day on Wall Street. The S & P futures were up markedly, awaiting a positive open, as I turn to get my first cup of coffee. I return to CNBC to get the morning business news, when I notice that the S & P futures are falling, and they're falling fast.
