Colorado referndum on banning "trans" child genital mutilation set for November | Eastern NC Now

Democrat legislators would not protect children from child genital mutilation, so citizens had to get involved.  A petition for a referendum on the subject by concerned citizens has been successful, and Colorado voters will get a chance in November to adopt this law by referendum vote.  They are using the "initiative and referendum" process that many western states have but few southern state do.  Initiative 110 is the official name of th3e measure. The petition campaign was run by Protect Kids Colorado.
