IBM pays $17 Million to settle DOJ racial discrimination case for unlawful DEI practices | Eastern NC Now

Trump administration going after DEI racial discrimination

ENCNow

Conservatives call the left's DEI agenda "Discrimination, Exclusion, Indoctrination". The Trump administration's Department of Justice has been aggressively going after companies that practice DEI because its very basis is discrimination between employees based on race, gender, or similar factors.  That is unConstitutional.

Now IBM has settled one of those DOJ racial discrimination cases based on its DEI politices and agreed to pay out $17 million to compensate employees it illegally discriminated against under its DEI policies.  It is also abandoning those politices.
