Queen Garris Holds Another Beaufort County Republican Executive Committee Meeting

Queen Carolyn Garris, Chairman of the Beaufort County Republican Party held another command performance of the Executive Committee on Tuesday April 21 at the new headquarters she rented without consulting the Executive Committee. These are command performances because only the Queen decides when we meet. The address is 155 North Market Street. From that entrance one may climb the stairs to get to the second floor. The headquarters room is about 12 by 15 feet. It is already crammed full. Not enough room to swing a dead cat. There is an elevator on the Second Street side of the building.
The meeting was held in the conference room, which was not large enough to accommodate the group. There were 26 members present. There were approximately 15 other people present. The Queen announced that future meetings would be held at the Ag Center at the Airport.
There is an effort to staff the headquarters three days each week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. However, the building is not accessible on Saturday. I believe being open (in a closed building) on Saturday is an effort to allow the Victory Committee’s favorite candidates to say they worked in the headquarters even though they hold a full-time job during the week. Conservative candidates whom the Victory Committee does not favor have already been asked to volunteer to work in the headquarters. This political issue will boil down to attacking candidates who do not volunteer to work at headquarters. A lot of dirty campaigning against conservative Republicans has been done at the headquarters in the past.
The Queen is pulling in as many people as she can to support her in these meetings. I see people whom I do not know and have never seen before. None of these people are aware of the efforts of the Victory Committee and the liberals to take over the operations of the County Party by ignoring the Party Rules called the Plan of Organization.
The Queen announced the members of the Victory Committee and named Keith Kidwell as the Chairman of the Committee. The members of the Victory Committee are Queen Garris, Keith Kidwell, Ashley Woolard, Paul Varcoe, and Steve Rader. I suspect there are other secret members. Greg Dority serves as a “political consultant”. Keith Kidwell attended the meeting and sat very close to the podium. When I asked, yes, she allowed me to speak, if she was appointing the committee and if the Executive Committee should approve the appointment, she said the Victory Committee had been in existence for several years and there was no need to approve it. Keith Kidwell sat at the podium and whispered answers to the Queen as I asked questions. Kidwell and the Queen allowed that the Queen can appoint committees without the approval of the Executive Committee.
Keith Kidwell wore his sidearm (gun) to the meeting. He has worn it to county conventions. While I support the Constitutional right to open carry, there is something that does not seem correct about bringing guns to political meetings. Could this be intimidation. Maybe concealed carry would be a better idea at a political meeting.
I asked about reports from the Victory Committee and was told there are none. Translation, the Victory Committee will continue to meet in secret and make decisions and pay for attacks on conservative candidates while spending donated money to support their favorite liberals. Two of their favorite liberals are Fake Frankie Waters and Randy Walker.
The business of the meeting was mainly about attending summer events. This meeting was to show we are having meetings with participation from members, but the real business is done in secret by the Victory Committee.
Republicans and Republican donors should be aware that the Beaufort County Party is being run in secret by a committee that is not legal under the rules of the Party. Moneys collected in the name of the Republican Party are spent by Victory Committee. Violations of ethical standards and the rules of the party are the order of the day. Some glaring violations are that Ashley Woolard is a candidate for county commissioner while he serves on a committee that will appropriate money for the upcoming election. Ethically he should resign from this secret committee. The Victory Committee is responsible for the election of two Democrats to the Washington City Council and not censuring the corrupt practice of Fake Frankie Waters and Randy Walker voting with Democrats to secretly increase taxes 7.5 percent this year and for refusing to lower taxes with surpluses piling up in the Beaufort County Bank account.
If you have political money to donate, please give it directly to your favorite candidate. If you support RINO’s and Democrats, the Beaufort County Republican Party is a good place to donate. Money spent is not approved in advance or after the fact by the Beaufort County Republican Executive Committee.

I'm not pulling an Uncle Hood here BUT there does seem to be a huge disconnect between the County GOP Executive Committee, Victory Committee and those with common sense
I know of two Victory Committee members who, based off of previous history, have: 1. Denied the 2020 Election was "stolen" and acknowledged "Biden" as a legitimate President. 2. Supported Mark Robinson's "If you don't stand with Israel, you're a terrorist" statement. 3. Had nothing to do with J6 patriots, who were boots on the ground and extracted many ladies from several Eastern NC County GOPs back to safety...without assistance from law enforcement, who called them out for pushing a bulls*** narrative. Midterms are coming up and the viewpoint of the public: "F-it, let them hold the bag for once." The harder they try to hide the fact that they've screwed themselves, the worse it's going to be when people catch their breath. They've been warned for four years but quickly change the subject when asked about it |

RO let it slip. These local Republican elitists did not like the results of the 2025 county GOP convention. That was election year. They wanted to keep ironclad control of the party. Their solution was the Victory Committee made up of the insiders themselves. They would serve as a substitute for the Executive Committee created by the Convention. By RO's own admission, they do not recognize the present-day Executive Committee.
Let's be clear. The legitimate committee is the present-day Executive Committee coming from the 2025 Convention elections. The Victory Committee made up from thin air by the whims of a few insiders is not the legitimate Beaufort County GOP. |

Irrational Observer, You lie again. The Convention voted to accept those who volunteered. That better participation than Varcoe and his yellow sheet only electing RINOs. The Convention decided every Republicn could participate if they wanted to. That crippled the RINOs and dictators and Victory Committee. We now have the dictator Queen Garris. I am carrying on an honorable fight againt dictators and dishonesty.

Elected by the will of the convention delegates themselves with great opposition by those that wanted an exclusive executive committee. What is going on now with RO, TBT and others is a reaction to that and an attempt to keep the grassroots, that is not acceptable to them, out of the local GOP. Don't worry. These folks will let regular folks write checks and work. Just keep out of everything else.

And yes, Biden was NOT elected in a real election; and, the Democratic Socialist party will cheat again if patriots are not wary of that salient fact.
