UN's IPCC climate panel finally admits that doomsday climate scenarios are "implausible" | Eastern NC Now

The United Nations climate panel, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has finally admitted, after decades of scaremongering, that its climate doomsday scenarios are "implausible".  Many traditional climate scientists have been waying that for years, but were denounced as "deniers"

The IPCC has just published its new generation of climate scenarios, and deleted all but one of its high estimates.  That one is now described as "exploratory - a thought experiment not a projection."

The rats have been leaving the sinking ship of climate alarmism for a while.  Last year, Bill Gates, a longtime promoter and funder of climate alarmism, climbed down and published a 17 page statement in which he denounced the "doomer" narrative on climate and announced he was no longer promoting that agenda.  More recently, Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock, and a leading globalist in the World Economic Forum of Davos, also climbed down.

Conveniently, the MSM media, which have been cheerleaders for the Chicken Little approach, have failed to report this change in the IPCC position.
