The JAIL Act: cracking down on soft-on-crime judges | Eastern NC Now

make judges accountable

ENCNow

Soft-on-crime lenient judges make America less safe as they put criminals through a revolving door and back out onto the street.  Many of them at the federal level were appointed by Obama and Biden.

Now, there is an effort in Congress to crack down hard on judges who give away the courthouse to criminals.  It is called the JAIL Act for "Judicial Accountability for Irresponsible Leniency Act".  Under the act, if passed, if a criminal given a lenient sentence by a state or federal judge commits another crime while out on the street from that lenient sentence, the victims of that crime or their heirs will be able to sue the lenient judge for money damages to compensate for the crime.

The JAIL Act has been introduced in the Senate by Senator Tim Sheehy.

Something like this also needs to be done for crooked Soros prosecutors.
