:Appeals Court overturns Biden judge on park services signs disparaging American heroes | Eastern NC Now

Once again, a radical Biden autopen district judge has been overturned by the adults in the room at the Court of Appeals.  This time, the issue was the left's War on History, and the appeals court was unanimous.

During the Biden regime, his National Park Service had used our parks as a billboard for leftwing political propaganda ranging from pushing the leftwing narrative on things like global warming to disparaging American heroes.  One of those heroes disparaged was the father of Our Country, George Washington, with negative signs on Washington displayed at the President's House, a representation of the presidential residence when Philadelphia was the capital.

The Trump administration had all of those political signs from his predecessor removed, but several leftwing groups filed a lawsuit in Massachusetts demanding that they all be replaced.  A radical Biden autopen judge then ignored the Supreme Court's rulings against nationwide injunctions, and issued a nationwide injunction to have all of the Biden era signs restored by July 4.  That is the order that has now been overruled.
