new poll - 62% of Democrats would vote for a socialist, Dems prefer socialism over capitalism | Eastern NC Now

The takeover of the US Democrat Party by the extreme left is shown starkly in a new poll taken for the leading British news magazine The Economist.   The poll was conducted among American voters by the British polling firm YouGov.

The poll found that 62% of Democrat voters would vote for a socialist.  It also found that more Democrats supported socialism than supported capitalism.  This indicates that the Democrats are becoming a dangerously radical party of the far left.

The socialist drive within the Democrats is led by a group that calls itself Democrat Socialist of America, but its leader has openly stated "ou goal is communism."  Over half of its leaders have been identified as openly supporting communism.
