Third state begins criminal probe of Fauci - Louisiana follows Florida and Alabama | Eastern NC Now

Biden autopen pardon does not protect him against state prosecution

ENCNow

After pleading the 5th amendment and refusing to answer questions on the grounds it may incriminate him 111 times in Senate testimony, former Covid czar Anthony Fauci is now facing a criminal probe over his actions in a third state.  These criminal probes are seeking prosecutions on state charges against Fauci.  While his Biden autopen pardon may or may not protect him against federal criminal charges, it does not protect him at all against state charges.

First to start this process was Florida's attorney general, with the support of Governor deSantis.  He was quickly followed by Alabama.  Now Louisiana has joined in and announced a criminal probe of Fauci.  Others may join in as well.

Fauci really needs to be wearing an orange jump suit. Hopefully, at least one of these states can get him fitted for one.
