Hostile takeover of Democrat Party by socialists continues in Michigan - House & Senate | Eastern NC Now

The so-called Democratic Socialists of America" (DSA) is on a roll in their hostile takeover of America's Democrat Party. The DSA's real nature is revealed by its chairman who has openly proclaimed that "our goal is communism." At least half of DSA's leadership has openly embraced communism.
Michigan's Democrat primary was the socialists latest triumph. The DSA seized the Democrat nomination for a Democrat=leaning US senate seat, ousted an establishment Democrat incumbent in a heavily Democrat House seat, and captured the nomination for a second open House seat.
The nomination of socialist Abdul El-Sayed is the DSA's first capture of a Democrat US Senate nomination. El-Sayed defeated the Democrat Party establishment's choice, liberal Congresswoman Haley Stevens (D-Mich)
Congressman Shir Thanedar (D-MI) is the fifth establishment Democrat incumbent ousted by a DSA socialist challenger so far in this primary cycle, following three in New York and one in Colorado. All of those House seats are safe Democrat seats, but El-Sayed is facing a very robust GOP challenger in former Congressman Mike Rogers in the US Senate race.
