Crooked Biden judge strikes down US visa scrutiny on arrivals from terrorist countries | Eastern NC Now

Once again, a politically corrupt Biden autopen judge has abused power in an act of judicial tyranny and weakened America's protections against terrorism. Federal district judge Jeanette Vargas of New York, appointed by Biden's autopen in 2024, has struck down US State Department rules that require extra vigilance on visa requests from nations of 75 countries that are unfriendly to the US and in many cases are hotbeds of terrorism.  The action of this crooked Biden autopen judge will make it easier for terrorists or other bad actors from these countries to slip in to the US.  The countries include Iran, Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Russia, Libya, and Sudan among others.

Why does this doofus judge have a problem with extra scrutiny of foreigners when the result is protecting the safety of Americans?  This is a blatant abuse of power, as is so common among Obama and Biden judges who have created a judicial tyranny in our country.  When one of these foreigners from a terrorist country commits a terrorist act and kills Americans, the blood will be on the hands of this dirtbag Biden autopen judge.

These Biden and Obama federal judges seem to think that their robes should be purple instead of black, and they should have a crown on their heads.  Our founding fathers specifically said that the judicial branch should be the weakest of the federal government but these unelected unaccountable politically appointed federal judges, especially of the Obama and Biden era seem to think they should be the most powerful.

To make matters worse, Biden autopen judges are all DEI hires.  Straight white Christian men were excluded from consideration for appointment by the politburo making the decisions on who to appoint with Biden's autopen.
