After massive illegal alien invasion, problems continue to fester in Spain's Ceuta | Eastern NC Now

Ceuta, Spain suffered a massive invasion of illegal alien migrants storming the city, with about 72,000 arriving within 48 hours about a month ago.  They looting shops and homes, desecrated Christian cemeteries, attacked police, raped women and girls and  young boys, defecated and urinated in the streets, and engaged in other mayhem.  At least five thousand of them are still there camped out in parks and on the beach and still engaged in anti-social activities.

Outraged citizens demanding action by the government have begun taking their anger over the disaster onto illegal alien encampments.  The police seem to be more interested in restraining the Spanish citizens than restraining the illegals.  The illegal aliens, however, have no restraint in attacking the police or even the army.  A military vehicle carrying four Spanish soldiers was attacked by a group of illegal aliens throwing large rocks, forcing the soldiers to abandon their vehicle and withdraw, most of them injured in the attack.  The police union reports at least fifty sexual assaults and rapes, including five underage boys, as well as women and girls, with some victims being migrants themselves.   In addition there have been a very large number of cases of sexual harassment by migrants.

Spain's Socialist government seems next to useless in dealing with this invasion.  Meanwhile, the populist nationalist anti-immigration Vox Party is soaring in the polls.
