MA school secretly "transitions" girl, goes to social services to take her away from parents | Eastern NC Now

A school system in the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts is goose stepping all over parental rights in secretly promoting "gender transition" of children.  Now parents are having to go to court to protect their daughter and their own parental rights.

Joseph and Arline Kuzco have not been allowed to see or talk to their teenaged daughter since the end of 2024.  Neither has her older brother.

It all began with her school counselor decided to undertake a "gender transition" of the daughter, and did so without telling her parents.  Then the school counselor contacted social services and said the daughter needed to be removed from her home because her family were devout Catholics and the Catholic Church did not agree with "gender transition."

The parents have gone to court to try to protect their daughter from these charlatans and to preserve their own parental rights.  They have already won one victory, getting a court order prohibiting social services from giving their daughter a planned series of high dose testosterone shots.

The US Department of Education and Department of Justice have gone to war with out of control school systems "transitioning" students without telling their parents.  In Kansas, the Topeka school system was threatened with cutting off of federal funds unless they ended a school policy allowing secret gender transitions of students, and the school system caved and ended that policy.  In Kansas City, the schools resisted, and DOE and DOJ are now suing them for violating the federal FERPA parents rights act by their secret gender transitions.
