In 2021, liberal former Governor Cooper approved a mass prison release that included 34 rapists and 51 criminals convicted of indecent liberties with a child. Half of them have since been convicted of new sexual offenses against other citizens. Cooper released these menaces to society upon the people of North Carolina.
Breitbart has prepared a report naming each of the criminals and their new crimes upon NC citizens.
This happened during Covid when leftwing groups like the ACLU whined that prisoners were in danger of Covid by being in prison and demanded they be let out. Of all governors, only Cooper knuckled under to that nonsense. 49 other governors said NO, as NC's governor SHOULD have.
But that is Roy Cooper, who also tried to protect illegal aliens who commit crimes by vetoing bills against sanctuary counties for criminal illegal aliens. He would rather those criminals stay in our state to commit more crimes than have them deported like our federal immigration law calls for.
