AG Jay Jones was candidate who called for death of rival and rival's children
Virginia's radical gun control legislation, put in place this year by far left Governor Spanberger and legislative Democrats has attracted multiple lawsuits to declare it unConstitutional, including from the US Department of Justice. There has already been a couple of injunctions blocking enforcement of parts of it.
Now, radical Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones has announced formation of a task force to target gun manufacturers and dealers, using provisions of the gun control legislation. Jones came under criticism during the campaign for his call for the death of a Republican legislative leader and that leader's children.
